We are delighted that you are interested in submitting your Tribute to be made publicly available at the Tribute Fund (a.k.a. Global Tribute Fund).  As you will see in these Terms of Use, you will retain ownership of your Tribute. However, you are granting Women with 2020 Vision and the Tribute Fund license to duplicate, display, transmit, etc. your Tribute in all media. 

For any content or photo that you submit, you grant Women with 2020 Vision a non-exclusive, assignable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable world-wide right and license to use, copy, display, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.  Women with 2020 Vision and the Tribute Fund shall have the right to own or register copyrights to any works or compilations created by Women with 2020 Vision that contain the Tribute in whole or in part.

By clicking "I have read and accept the terms of use" button in the Join section, you affirm that this Tribute is original to you, that you own all necessary rights to this work, and that the Tribute does not defame or otherwise violate the rights, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or reputation of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold Women with 2020 Vision harmless against any claims asserted by any third parties that allege the Tribute violates their rights, or from any breach by you of your promises in this agreement. You shall be responsible for any costs incurred by Women with 2020 Vision for defense or settlement of third-party claims, including but not limited to Women with 2020 Vision's reasonable attorneys' fees.

You understand that submitting a Tribute does not guarantee that your work will be used, displayed, featured, or otherwise reproduced. Tributes, and Tribute-writing reflections, may be archived for public use, or reproduced in audio form, published in print or online, or in any other way. The decision of which and how Tributes will be used will be at the sole discretion of Women with 2020 Vision.

You agree that if YOU decide to make your Tribute publicly viewable, it will be publicly posted for others to read. However, there is no guarantee that your work will remain visible on this site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to accept a submission to make available at this site due to inappropriate content or language.

You acknowledge that you can change your contact information, password, and written text at any time. You also acknowledge that you may delete your Tribute at any time.

You agree that we may contact you from time to time to provide news about this initiative.  We guarantee your personal information will not be sold to any businesses, organizations, or individuals.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor who is submitting the Tribute.

These Terms of Use apply to the Tribute Fund website located at www.tributefund.org and www.globaltributefund.org, and all associated sites linked to these by the Tribute Fund, its subsidiaries and affiliates. The Tribute Fund website is the property of Women with 2020 Vision Inc. and its licensors.  By using this site, you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

Women with 2020 Vision reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time.  It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Women with 2020 Vision, and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Women with 2020 Vision's express prior written consent.

You may use information purposely made available by Women with 2020 Vision and its Tribute Fund website for downloading from the website, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

Proceeds from the Tribute Fund will be used to fund innovative women's, peace and empowerment organizations.
